The Bonniemob RETURNS POLICY

The Bonnie Mob will be happy to both exchange items and refund if you are not satisfied with your order within 28 days of delivery (consistent with current distant selling laws).

When returning goods which you bought using a discount or offer, we will adjust the refund in accordance with what you paid.

( please note that special orders placed during our SAMPLE SALE are non refundable)

UK RETURNS:

UK customers can create a Free Returns label with Royal Mail for full priced items only. To use this service, please follow this link:

Unfortunately we cannot cover return postage on Sale or Clearance items and the customer is responsible for this. You may be subject to a reduced refund to cover the return postage cost if a free return label has been used on sale items.

Please also fill out the returns form included in your delivery and send it along with your return. 

***Please note, if free returns postage is used for sale / outlet items, we will deduct £3.50 from the return total to cover the use of this.***

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS:

We regret that we cannot cover the postage costs for International returns, therefore the customer is responsible for this. Please complete the returns form included in your delivery and send the items back to us.  

EXCHANGES:

To exchange an item, please contact customer services on +44 (0)1273 227779 or email customercare@thebonniemob.com (Monday - Friday, 9-5pm GMT) so that we can make sure the item you wish to exchange for is available. Please be aware that exchanges may be subject to a return delivery charge, (this will be confirmed when you get in touch). Thank you.

WILL I GET BACK THE ORIGINAL POSTAGE CHARGES ON RETURNED / EXCHANGED ORDERS?

Unfortunately not as we are a small family business and this has cost us to send it to you. We will refund you for the cost of the goods returned, excluding the original postage costs.

WHAT IF I WANT TO EXCHANGE FOR SOMETHING AT A DIFFERENT PRICE?

If you are exchanging for a cheaper item, we will refund you the difference in price. If you are exchanging for a more expensive item, we will send you an invoice to pay the difference in cost.

IMPORTANT INFORAMTION

  • Fill in the returns/exchange form as necessary. Your order number, name and address are important so please include this.
  • All items must be returned via recorded delivery. The Bonnie mob does not take any responsibility for items lost in transit.
  • Return items must be in the same condition when sent. Complete with all labels and in perfect condition. The Bonnie mob reserves the right to refuse a return/exchange if the goods are not in the original condition. If your item is faulty Bonnie baby Ltd will refund your postage costs.
  • Bonnie baby Ltd does not cover the cost of return delivery.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER YOU RECEIVE MY RETURN?

  • The Bonnie mob will endeavour to process all returns and exchanges within 4 working days of receipt.
  • You will be emailed to inform you of any actions taken.
  • Refunds can take 5-10 working days to appear in your bank account.
